In order to meet the needs and expectations of our customers the company have developed a quality management system that will ensure that all activities, which directly affect the quality of service provided, are carried out under controlled conditions as described by our “best practice” procedures.
Liftout management and staff are committed to providing a quality service paying particular attention to the safety of their staff and all third parties. Additionally, every effort will be made to detect and rectify problems before they occur by investing in staff training and implementing efficient procedures.
The Directors of Liftout will ensure that the quality system:
- Meet any applicable requirements specially those of our customer base
- Meets any statutory and or legislative requirements
- Provides a mechanism for establishing and reviewing objectives
- Is understood, implemented, communicated and maintained at all levels of the organisation.
In continually reviewing the systems used to manage the business we aim to maintain progress and continually improve our management system by highlighting all areas for development.
